Mental Health Mondays is more than apparel. It’s a reminder to check in, speak up, and show up for one another.

What began as a simple social media check-in through #MentalHealthMondays has grown into a purpose-driven brand centered on awareness, compassion, and conversation. Every week, we use that moment to encourage people to pause and ask the people around them a simple but powerful question: Are you okay?

Because sometimes support starts with being noticed. Sometimes love sounds like listening. Sometimes a life can be changed by knowing someone cared enough to ask.

At our core, we believe mental health matters for everyone. We also believe stigma loses power when honesty, empathy, and community take its place. With the help, insight, and shared vision of my wife, we’re creating fashion pieces that not only raise awareness, but help move the mission forward. A percentage of each sale will go toward supporting mental health-related causes and initiatives.

Our goal is simple: start conversations, encourage compassion, and make mental health awareness visible in everyday life.
